Why I joined the Socialist Party

What's on By Antony Alder, 27 year old Chef, Fitzroy, Melbourne

I first came in contact with the Socialist Party as a hospitality worker wanting to find out about and participate in the UNITE campaign.

I later joined the Socialist Party because I found they had workable non-utopian solutions to global and grass roots issues that confront us all.

Seeing these ideas backed up with past successes and their transparent, democratic processes and discussion, I felt this was a party that truly believes and fights for socialism and the working class struggle.

No ego, no showcasing, no crap. Passion, action and results without sellout.
