Also, I saw Australian comrades on EuroNews last night at the Bush protest thing. Was quite surprised to see a big SP banner out of the corner of my eye, and then there was a (very) brief interview with one comrade talking about free speech. As a matter of interest any idea who this comrade was?
I was going to provide a link to the streaming video of the story, but it appears that EuroNews only have their "latest bulletins" online. Fortunatley I recorded it and if I get the chance I will make a RealPlayer version and upload it. It's only small, but its always good to see socialists on the telly!
And fair play to those greens who spoke out in parliament, how I laughed.
"Sen Brown will leave the room. Sen Brown will now leave the room... The Sergant-at-Arms will now escort Sen Brown from the premises"
And then Bush turns round and says "I love free speech." Obvioulsy this man doesn't understand irony. Anyway,
Slan
Kev"
